Ordered a $950 Goodman furnace through Alpine web page, when i got the product delivered by its carrier I noticed hours later it had severe concealed damaged on one of the sides, either a damage from factory or through shipping. I notified Alpine and they told me to complain through the carrier, the carrier told me Alpine should file the claim and they denied me any remediation, Alpine told me again for like 5 times I should file the claim and 20 other reasons I WAS GUILTY for the product damaged although i got it broken from the beginning and not even signed the shipper acceptance guide. Only when i filed a claim through Paypal is that they accepted to initiate a return and later refund. I lost 2 weeks of my time without a working furnace, i dont recommend Alpine to anyone.
Bought some blinds for my back door but sadly they dont roll up efficiently, always goes to one side and now the borders are broken. I wanted to return them but a couple of agents including *******@blinds.com are not answering emails anymore.
