Although the item I purchased was a great value, and a very nice product, the fact that the glass in the frame arrived broken was totally avoidable. The service I received to replace the glass was very fast and very good. Had the glass been packaged in the original shipment the same as it was in the replacement shipment there would have been no problem to begin with. All in all very satisfied with the product and the timely response and customer service.
I received a response to my issue within 24 hours. Filling out the claim form was easy and quick. The problem was resolved very quickly.
