I called Restoro about a computer problem that their software program didn't fix. They promised to get it fixed guranteed but I would have to allow remote operation of my PC to repair it. Only later did I find out that the repair was done by an outfit called Reimage Plus. The Restoro representative was very slick and easily talked me into paying for a three-year repair service agreement costing $611 (U.S. Dollars). I could have bought a new laptop for that money. Was that kind of expenditure worthwhile? Only after three years will I know. Reimage Plus [located in the UK] will not provide a full refund unless I allow them to restore my PC back to the way it was before they repaired it. I feel like I got scammed. I would accept a cancellation of the 2nd and 3rd year of service for a refund of $400 dollars.

After 5 weeks of publishing my profile on Mingle2, my experiences were totally negative. None of the womens' profiles I replied to were 100% truthful. The most common lies were about their current location. Most of the photos in those profiles I personally dealt with were stolen (easily provable because they didn't match the photos shared during conversations on WhatsApp or Google Hangout). I have reported dozens of fake profiles to Mingle2 and I can only hope that they deleted them.
But, as of June 25,2022, Mingle2 seems to finally begun a process of weeding out their hundreds if not thousands of fake profiles. They have now begun to require Photo Verification before you can access your own profile again. That means you have to upload a selfie showning yourself in a certain pose. If that photo doesn't match any of the photos already in your profile, then Mingle2 has every right to deactivate or delete that profile. AND I FERVENTLY HOPE THEY WILL FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THIS "HOUSE CLEANING"
UPDATE:
On Saturday, June 25, Mingle2 prevented me from accessing my account as well as my profile and incoming messages. Instead Mingle2 demanded that I take a picture of myself in the same pose as the example shown and upload it. Once my photo is verified they would allow me to continue to use Mingle2. I complied with that photo upload request but was NOT GIVEN A TIMEFRAME AS TO WHEN THAT PHOTO VERIFICATION WOULD BE COMPLETED, IF AT ALL. (see attached photo)
