Placed an order on 9/15. Socks never arrived. Tried to email support but bounced. Phone # says to email. If I could rate lower I would.

Tip for consumers:
Was not possible to follow up with the company as the customer service line directs one to their support email, and emails directed to that address are undeliverable.

Not possible to say how long shipping time was as product never arrived.

Products used:
None of the ordered items ever arrived and they have a no refund policy.
