Extremely poor service. Parts were not shipped on time but rather three working days later (despite being advertised as next day dispatch and me paying £25.00 for next day delivery!) This resulted in the parts not arriving in time which has incurred me with charges. None of my emails were replied to requesting information on when my items would be shipped, and why they weren't shipped on time. I don't think this company knows what custom service is! Lets hope when the parts finally arrive they are at least correct otherwise I have no chance of getting this sorted!
