I was a customer of Spareto and was happy to find them on line.However since my first purchase was approx $10 the shipping. Duty and $20 brokerage fee made my purchase OUT TO LUNCH.

Unfortunately, as much as we would like to help, these charges are out of our control. They can indeed fluctuate depending on the destination country and are set by DHL and local customs, not by us. We can assure you that we're committed to maintaining the utmost transparency and integrity in all our operations. We absolutely don't have any hidden charges and we certainly wouldn't play around with the invoicing process.
