I have been a customer since December 2019. So far they have missed their deadline to go live with geographical tar getting. The representative is on vacation and before leaving stated someone from IT would contact me by Feb 17,2020. No one has. I have left at least 3 messages with the manager John Graham since Monday, no one has called me. I am ready to fire these people for lack of customer service, breach of contract and anything else my lawyer can think of
