I applied for the account 2 years ago and it's still pending. Total waste of my time. I suggest to look elsewhere if you need an account in Switzerland. Lots of other options. Unless of course you need it in several years :)

The first code didn't work, the second worked and page took me to the next page where I fill in my personal information. Unfortunately, there's another problem here: the submit button doesn't work. So yeah. No flight booking with this airline.

About a month ago I wrote a review that was flagged, I provided customer ID and screenshots and it was approved and marked "verified". A month later I got a sudden email that it was removed.
Terrible website that approves countless fake reviews from new accounts without history and removes already Verified reviews.
Asking customer to provide documentation, verifying the review (by adding Verified badge) and then removing it later as unauthentic is quite disrespectful towards review writers.

I also urge people who experienced confiscation of funds on the pretext of refund that never happened, especially the EU based to report it to authorities. I believe we might have a case here.
They charged my card for something without explanation. The thing is I am not their customer!
They refuse to say what they charge is for and refuse to give it back. Typical scammers that collect people's credit cards, wait a bit and charge it later believing people won't notice. Be careful people.
