I ordered a winter cover for my above the ground pool in April, 2017 because it was what I thought a good deal. When I went to install the cover, Nov. 2017, I discovered one of the grommets was crushed. That did not bother me BUT what did was the cable you string through the grommets around the pool to secure the cover was 6" too short. I called their customer service and was told the would not replace the cable with one of the correct length but that I could buy one from them or go to Home Depot and purchase a length of cable and cable clamps and fix it myself. These people have VERY POOR customer service and I suggest you do not deal with them.
