If there is 0 rate option, it will be my rate for Canada Lost.
Recent three partials, one said address error, customer service confirmed my address on file was 100% accurate and when I received the package, no rewrote or damaged label, I guess just the employee was too lazy to get their job done.
The other one was re-routed without any reason, the partial is sitting in my city and not being delivered;
None of my partials arrived on time or ever arrived. And Canada Lost does not give a $#*! about it.
