If I could rate Canada post a zero I would. I've ordered online from multiple sites and paid for express canada post. I'm now waiting on yet another delivery which will end up being 7 full business days if it arrives when estimated. Has happened many times sometimes up to 10 days for express mail. Maybe there will be more options to choose different delivery services online if people speak up when ordering for a non Canada post option. I do. Poor service paid for.

If I could rate Canada post a zero I would. I've ordered online from multiple sites and paid for express canada post. Their tag line is security is of utmost importance but when my parcel got stolen from community mailbox, no one took responsibility to investigate and issue refund. Instead I was told go to police and report it. Not sure how efficient the mail delivery agents are, I have doubts if the mailbox was left open.

Such a worst service i have ever experienced is with canada post. There was no option for 0 rating. You guys are terrible. I shipped my luggage within canada and they lost it and they took more than 2 months to investigate it because Canada post is full of careless workers. They are not responsible with their job. My luggage cost more than *******$ and they send me a cheque of 100$ which i think i should appreciate them for this amount thank you so much. Please everyone don't trust these bull$#*! guys.

Called Canada post customer service line to find out about options for oversized packages delivery. The person on the phone didn't know the answer. After my request to talk to the supervisor I was asked all kind of personal questions which had nothing to do with a regular call about services they provide. Felt like it was a police station, not a service provider. Quite an unpleasant experience.

It cost me $21.90 to have tea mailed to my mother a mere 3hr drive away. Yes, that's their standard shipping. NEVER again. Canada Post is a royal rip off and once I launch my business, Canada Post will most certainly NOT be a company I ever consider doing any form of business with whatsoever.

A package was sent to me. When it arrived in my city, some incompetent person sent it to central B.C.

When it returned to my city, it vanished.

Nobody knows who the incompetent person was

The shipment is currently late, for more than 24 hours is out for delivery and no more news, it was mentioned that it wa sent first time to a wrong recipient. Really it's nonsense
Their customer service does not know any more than you in the tracking system.it is however a local shipment on the island of Montreal

Title: Express Post Fail: Costly Consequences and Disappointment

My recent experience with Canada Post's Express Post service was extremely disappointing. Despite paying for express shipping, my package remained in Canada for an extended period, causing a delay that now jeopardizes an important appointment and flight. This delay is not only inconvenient but will also result in significant mental and financial damages.

I contacted Canada Post to address the issue and requested the package be sent back to me, but they were unable to expedite the process. This lack of flexibility and the subsequent consequences have left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

I hope Canada Post takes this feedback seriously and improves their service to prevent such costly mistakes in the future.

I've been using their business account for about 10 years, and I've finally dropped them! I had a package sent to Trenton Air Force base, biggest in Canada, and they could not find it! Are you blind?!? Paid $30 for nothing, well it was my last $30! Got the package back, went to FedEx, 2 days later it was delivered(yes, used the exact small address) Canada post gone don't hill!

They don't deserve any star. My traveling suitcase was shipped from Germany and when it got to Canada it was stolen and to make things worst all the stickers which were supposed to be on the suitcase were remove and place on an empty box and delivered to me. When i tried following up they told me my complaint should be against DHL in Germany because it was shipped from Germany. I believe Canada Post employes are thieves and there is nothing anyone can tell me otherwise. Picture of suitcase sent to me vs what i go delivered.

I had ordered a jacket to be delivered by Canada Post. The tracking information showed it arrived in my city and was out for delivery... And then was never delivered. The tracking has not updated in 10 days now. I filed a claim for an item not delivered a week ago, and just received a notice from Canada Post that they don't know what happened to the package, and it is lost.
How can this be?! How does a large package just disappear and cannot be found, even when it is being tracked?! I have experienced this with Canada Post in the past, so this isn't even the first time. It just astounds me that that this can happen. I cannot emphasize enough how much I do not recommend Canada Post, and how disappointed I am in our national mail system. Terrible.

Unless you have to send out of country I recommend never using Canada post it's not worth it nothing ever shows up on time they are by far the worst shipping service in the country. Expedited states 4 days always will be a week can order same thing with Purolator or FedEx it will be there tomorrow or the next day I don't know what this garbage company is doing but it's definitely not there job.

I was called downstairs to get a parcel from amazon by the canada postal girl as it was wet from oil leaking on the inside the postal girl had it in a plastic bag by time i got down they usually leave it in our drop off box with a key but she said it was leaking all over i said i want to refuse it send it back she said i couldnt and to call the shipper amazon and ship it back i took the mess to m apt getting the rug covered as i took the big bag back down to the postal girl after she left someone else there in the hall said she had things refused and they tool it back...i guess the mess it was she didnt want it all over the truck but could have put it back in the plastic sent it bqack to sender that way now i am stuck with a mess amazon said to clean it all and the vegtable oil that wasnt in a seperate plastic bag to clean it off send it all back i said i will ship it the way i got it she said no you have to clean it,keep what is not ruined which the small plastic bottle of oil had spilled over every 11 items in there as the saftey seal pushed in and the top not fully put back on (ickkkk) it was seeping dripping out of the box, I do think canada post can take it back if i didnt want to touch it when she was trying to hand off to me...bad services all the way around and we the people pay canada post with our hard-earned tax dollars. Then i go back looked at the delivery from canada post she had it as dropped off in the drop box...sneaky lazy to say the very least.>> copy of amazon delivery page

If there is 0 rate option, it will be my rate for Canada Lost.
Recent three partials, one said address error, customer service confirmed my address on file was 100% accurate and when I received the package, no rewrote or damaged label, I guess just the employee was too lazy to get their job done.
The other one was re-routed without any reason, the partial is sitting in my city and not being delivered;
None of my partials arrived on time or ever arrived. And Canada Lost does not give a $#*! about it.

Twice my mail was tampered with and my credit cards copied by someone from Canada post I use a locked mailbox by them
Getting fed up now and I can't even pay my rent because of this bull

Full 16 digit had some sort of marker passed on it with the expiration date a bit inked and the side of the envelope where the credit card was pressed down with something hard making the full digits visible even through the paper slip inside

Tip for consumers:
They need to do a serious internal investigation for fraud and mail tampering
Either from Toronto Ontario m4y 2l5 or Saint jerome quebec because a postman is stealing credit card information

Delivered promptly
Unfortunately I wasn't there to receive item and as agreed it would be picked up at the post office.
Unfortunately, the post office they picked was not the local post office but one that was a 40 minute drive each way.
I paid 10 bucks to get the envelope shipped and ended up driving well past the original shipper to get to the post office it was dropped off at.
Makes no sense.

This is by far the worst delivery service you could ever ask for. They know they're one of the only options and pair that with the worst customer service you could ever ask for. Now I can understand a bit of confusion and misplacing items around the holidays but this is unacceptable. My parcel was supposed to be here on a Thursday right after Christmas and it was shipped to a whole city over, an hour and a half away. Next day, they put it on the wrong truck as it's out for delivery. The day after, Nothing happened at all they just decided to leave it in the facility. Now today (sunday, new years eve) item was processed and NOT sent out for delivery. Now I will not be getting my mother's Christmas gifts until long after the holidays. Not until after the new year. Thanks canada post, you ruined both mine and my mothers holiday break

I was home yesterday, the driver called me so I buzzed them in. They left a delivery notice - again, they did the same thing recently & do it every single time. I don't leave the house ever but your drivers are too lazy to do their job. Over the past 3 years this happened every time. I moved to different addresses that have reception, secured mail rooms & secured lockers with different sizes that even fit put together bicycles so there literally is no excuse to not receive deliveries. I am not able to pick packages up & redelivery is not offered. Canada Post discriminates against disabled people by doing this. No need for a follow-up, you are not redelivering anyway. Fire drivers who refuse to deliver. This is their job and they are not doing it and there are plenty of people Who are in dire needs of jobs & who will do the actual job. My delivery notices from the last 2 weeks were done by the same person, who never intended to actually deliver. If you don't hold them accountable it will never stop.
Will make sure to let everyone know about these practices.

You pay delivery fees, in my case 9.99, but nothing gets delivered

I've used CanadaPost a few times to ship something to my boyfriend in the states and no problems until now. My parcel was supposed to get to on July 20,2022 but it never showed up. They said it be there Friday and still nothing. Now they posted its delayed yet last mth I sent him something no problem. We both think someone stole it since the value was high. I'm very disappointed because this gift meant a lot to him and I. Guess I'm going to UPS for now on. 0 out of 5 stars

February 17.2024 with delivery date of February 27-28. Person at post office was amazing. Now it's March 2 and no sign of delivery or status of where the package is. Zero reason as to what might have happened to package or whereabouts of the package. Ridiculous customer service. Who makes decisions in this organisation. It's a shame really! If you can't track an item with a tracking number what else can be expected!
With the competition today, Canada post has no chance of survival with this kind of incompetencies.

Worst worst worst worst worst service ever!
My package is literally in my own city from last 4 days!
Why the heck would you not deliver when you have it right next to me
Literally less than 10 kilometers away

And yes I'm not gonna go and pickup
I paid money for that terrible service I want it on my doorstep otherwise what's the point on paying 8$ for delivery service?

It's been sitting in the exact same warehouse or whatever it is for last 4 days and it keeps on saying
"It'll arrive today between 9am - 1pm"
$#*! no it won't from last 4 days it hasn't
Why would they even literally write that if you aren't even going to deliver?

Stuck Home all day, waiting for the postal truck with expected package! The Canada post employee just put the notice into my mailbox! I stopped at the local post office in Waterloo this evening to pick it up! They told me that I can pick up my package on Monday! Three days after regular delivery date! Ridiculous service and WORST company in Canada! NEVER AGAIN WITH CANADA POST SERVICE!
