They don't deserve any star. My traveling suitcase was shipped from Germany and when it got to Canada it was stolen and to make things worst all the stickers which were supposed to be on the suitcase were remove and place on an empty box and delivered to me. When i tried following up they told me my complaint should be against DHL in Germany because it was shipped from Germany. I believe Canada Post employes are thieves and there is nothing anyone can tell me otherwise. Picture of suitcase sent to me vs what i go delivered.
I won't recommend this business to anyone because their customer services is nonsense. I have been asking my refunds and they keep telling me. Your ticket refund request has been successfully accepted by our professionals and the refund has been added to the refund queue. We kindly ask you to wait for your money in the near future. They can't even give me a time range on when to expect my refunds so i'm supposed to wait maybe even the next 10 years. Booking #IXEJT6VW
