I bought a Zinger a few years and had nothing but trouble not only do I have to purchase rear wheel at least twice a year, but bolts and parts are easily lost. I bought the Warrenty and need your company to fess up to your guarantee, and fix my chair. This chair cost me more than I make in Medicare, and you need to take responsibility in your product, and company does not take responsibility. Had to buy an extra battery in order to meet my needs, just horrible

ORDERED NEW REPLACEMENT CONTROLLER NEW ONE CAME WITH SPADE END AND OLD ONE WAS ROUND END AND MORE...
On level ground the ZInger Chair is pretty good. It is very dangerous when trying to drive it...
