  • Ocado

I have never felt sure of on-line shopping, Ocado changed all that. I am vegan, and gluten free. I have never before found a food store, that offers such variety. It's incredible! I now find 90% or more in shopping with them. If there's a problem with anything, surprisingly they fix it, making my shopping easier. I believe it's the first tele-marketing company that, even their employee's say, 'They're a great company'. As a client, that's how they make me feel, Special. They are easy to deal with,, and I feel the prices are in line..

. On April 21, Easter Sunday 2019, while cooking I discovered that my new sauce pan, purchased Dec. 2018, had 5 small holes that had developed in it. This is the first time in my life to experience such a cheap and inferior product, which now causes real concern for the future health of my family, in thinking that this metal has entered into our food. I was lied to by Amazon and their phone calls are recorded. I found there is no resolution team and these pots ARE STILL on their site for others to buy. I was offered a £20. Promo voucher, which is insulting, and it can hardly be construed as a gesture of GOOD WILL. In the past 6 months I have made over 50 orders, and I don't feel that asking for a better set of pots in compensation is being unreasonable. Yet I've had 3 supervisors tell me this was impossible. How dangerous is this?

  • Usay Compare

A few weeks ago I found that my health insurance with AXA (Health-On-Line), which I had paid for years, never used it until last month, for the first ever, and it now was about to go up by 40%. So I thought it was time to start shopping around! Luckily I found Usay Compare and called and spoke to Alex Cook who recommended Aviva Insurance. After speaking to Alex and getting almost the original price had I'd been paying AXA I felt stupid I had wasted all that money with AXA for a deal that proved to be, 'To good to be true'. Alex Cook knows his stuff, holds no bars in making it clear as to just what's on offer, and makes it clear which company offers are the best deal for you. I'm just sorry this lesson came at such an expense. Thanks again Alex, at Usay Compare. He is amazing.

To Paypal on LinkShe

I believe this company to be very dishonest, as do many other customers according to Google. Please read customer reviews on Google on how people have been cheated by LinkShe and their returns and refunds policy which is supported of PayPal.
I thought Paypal protected their clients, but they didnt. I supplied my credit card company with the same information as I sent to Paypal, along with post office receipt, and it was my credit card company in the end that protected me, after I fulfilled all that was required in my return of LinkShes clothing I hope in the future Paypal, as Amazon and Ebay, will have their overseas companies supply an address for returns in country of the purchaser. I have now learned the hard way that LinkShe knows that by not suppling a returns label with a tracking number for China, it makes it possible for them to legally keep peoples money. Overseas companies have a warehouses or depoes in the countries they are shipping to, but still they give an address in China. LinkShe knows their policy makes it possible for them to cheat people.
I hope that Paypal has learned that LinkShe is not a good company, and I am not the only of their clients this company has hurt and taken advantage of.
As long as LinkShe is around I will warn the public.

WARNING! LinkShe in cooperation with Paypal.

LinkShe is a dishonest company operating in association with Paypal! Here youll find another person complaining about the dishonest online Chinese company LinkShe and how they are protected by Paypal.
I ordered some clothing from LinkShe that arrived not only too small but was made out of cotton t-shirt material, which is not described on their site. I made my purchase through Paypal because I felt it was safe.
In preparing the order for return, I sent several messages to LinkShe but received no response, and their contact number seems to be disconnected. I called Paypal and after explaining the issue, I was told LinkShe had responded to me, but as I told Paypal at the time, I had no message back from them. I had asked for a returns label, but was told that their address would be emailed to me. It was an address in China so I called Paypal back to ask for a UK address, (Amazon does not deal with any overseas company that cannot give a UK returns address). I was also told that I needed to get a tracking number, which I did with my returns, but after spending almost £20. In this case, the post office told me that because I did not have a returns label from the company with a bar code or tracking number, I could only get a sessions ID number, which cost me £19.75. The only other option, which cost more was to send it recorded mail, but this still would only have a sessions ID number and could only be tracked after it was signed for. Either has a Tracking number and these companies should know this just as Amazon and my credit company knows.
After talking to Paypal LinkShe then offered to pay me £40 of my £134.86, with this I called Paypal to open a dispute. After sending a copy of my postal receipt and the reason why I was not able to get a tracking number, because the company they were representing would not supply me with a returns label, at least two months passed, and after reopening this case three 3 times, Paypal said that they could not return my money because of a returns and refunds policy that protected LinkShe.
Paypal claims that they are unaware that without a company returns label the post office could only give a sessions ID number, which they find unacceptable.
My credit card company had to get my money back, and strangely enough they were aware of the post office policy that Paypal seems not to know of.
Needless to say I felt very let down by Paypal, who did not protect my interest.
I wish I had read the reviews on Google before I had any dealings with this company LinkShe. BE CAREFUL who you deal with, and what Paypals responsibility is to cover you.
