“Never Again”

Party city is a huge disappointment. Went to return an item and was refused a refund. Would only give a store credit. The lead cashier was extremely rude and condescending to an employee IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS and to me as a customer. She needs to be fired!

Tip for consumers:
I'll never purchase anything else from Party City!
