As a member of Inbox Dollars since 2002, I've had no issues up until it was recently acquired by another company. All website/app support is now automated. All answers that I've received concerning not getting paid for downloading and reaching the required levels, are automated responses that have nothing to do with my original question. I've attached proof of downloads and earnings reports, yet get the same automated response, "We want to bring your attention to an exciting update. Here's how you can access the offer details...Thanks for being part of our community. We'll keep giving you great offers and services."

Based upon lack of valid support, I feel this company has turned into a scam and most of their reviews are from employees and their families.

We have purchased jewelry from Blue Nile in the past, including our wedding rings. The past 3 purchases we made online stated, "IN STOCK" with a promised delivery date. On each delivery date, Blue Nile states shipment is delayed. Two to three weeks later, we get an email from them stating the items are unavailable and a refund will be issued at a later time. Having to wait at least 3 weeks to get our $6,400+ refund is not acceptable. Blue Nile has lost its reputation and we no longer recommend them to our friends. We highly recommend James Allen, Brilliant Earth, or David Yurman for reliability and quality.

Our Capital One accounts have been in excellent standing since 1997. Due to a recent ID theft, our only other credit card (department store) was compromised and our $23 payment was reported as delinquent by 30 days. We immediately reported the ID theft to all credit reporting agencies. Unfortunately, due to this one incident, Capital One immediately decreased both of our credit limits from $50,000 to $2,000 on each card! We have never been late on any payments and our credit scores have been between 848 and 850. Since Capital One makes it difficult to connect to someone to explain our situation, we have decided to close our accounts and sever ties with Capital One. Our families have convinced us to switch to Chase and Wells Fargo as they have had no issues with these companies.

We contacted this company hoping to hire lawn care services based on reviews which I can no longer trust. They texted they will call me back from their office. Their office number is a local number however the person on the other line is actually calling from another country as evident by the heavy Filipino accent and consistent line disconnect. Also, it seems they sell your personal information because we have been getting a lot of SCAM phone calls since contacting this company!

What happened to Rover.com? We messaged 14 different potential pet sitters. Most never responded. Some responded that they did not have availability despite their schedule showing otherwise and some stated they were available but never showed up for the meet.

Tip for consumers:
Rover.com was a waste of our time. Try other more reliable sitters on other sites
