My mother-of-the-bride dress arrived with oily stains on the dress and the tule is not cut evenly at the V-neck! I've been in touch with the manufacturer (many emails) There is a language barrier (made in China) and to date, they have offered me $10.00 for my dry cleaning bill. REALLY? These stains will not come out and I want a full refund, something they refuse to do. So now I'm out $141.00 and I'm frantically trying to find another dress for my daughter's wedding. Terrible Customer Service! I wouldn't even give them 1 star, but I had to select something.
