I placed an order from uk and the shipping with ups is 20 pound.
It says 3/4 days for shipping, 3/4 days to arrive.After 8 days item wasn't dispatched.I requested the cancellation of the order,customer service acknowledge the request and only replies that there are shipping issues and it takes a bit longer.I asked to cancel the order again.
After 13 days they dispatched the item.
I ordered a pair of ankle support that I own already in another colour.
There is a huge dimension difference.I forwarded pictures,the item is very big compare to the one I have.They ignored my emails for days and then they informed me that I can return it.I asked for pre paid label because the item is faulty.They declined the request.
Don t buy,there are plenty of decent brands,don' t waste money for buy yokkao.Read other reviews,it is not a single case

I purchased obagi 360 exfoliator through an order at an aesthetic clinic.I checked ingredients online prior to order it.
The product package displays more ingredients than online and contains methylisothiazolinone, an unsafe preservant that increase the risk of contact dermatitis.
I contacted customer service and spoke to Sam Jagusinski and received a very poor customer service.Mr Jagusinski informed me that I checked the American website instead of the English one.Obagi uk doesn't show ingredients at all, therefore I had to look the american website.At that point he said that it is not a requirement for obagi to display ingredients on the uk website, as the products are not sold through that platform.
The high profile skincare brand is unsafe and use a very dangerous ingredient that in europe and uk is banned.Also it doesn't make sense the answer: they don't sell online in their own platform and the aesthetic clinic usually order the product from them, so where I supposed to check ingredients prior the purchase?
The brand is not worth one cent.
Be careful to your skin,don't use Obagi

I SENT BACK 2 PARCELS AND BOTH HAS BEEN RECEIVED MORE THAN 22 DAYS AGO. I KEEP CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MY REFUNDS BUT THEY ARE USELESS, UNPREPARED, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THEIR OWN ISSUES.THE MOST STUPID ANSWERS ARE:
-The customer service team do not process the refund. We raise a request and the relevant team processes the refund.
-Unfortunately things do go wrong from time to time and that is when it will be manually refunded and for the manual refunds we cannot guarantee a set time scale as I said due to the manual nature of the refunds and given the time of year there is many more escalations than usual for our team to deal with.
-The manual refund has been requested for both orders, as this is a manual process and due to the time of year we cannot state a specific timescale for the refund to be processed.
THE REFUND TEAM WORK FROM HOME. THEIR JOB IS NOT AFFECTED FROM COVID, BUT NOWDAYS COVID SITUATION IS AN EXCUSE TO SAY INSTEAD OF TAKE RESPONSABILITY BECAUSE THEIR COMPANY IS FAILURE.
