Advertise the Oc2lite 81cm expanding case in description and photos, send the superseded non expanding case. Offer to send correct case out for extra payment. Terrible to deal with take 4-5 days to reply to emails. I had to resort to chargeback via Visa to have them even reply in the first instance. Avoid at all cost.

Purchased an expanding suitcase sent a non expanding model. Now want extra $40.00 to buy the suitcase they advertised and we purchased. Have lodged chargeback with Visa and complaint with CAV. Steer clear of mydeal and Pera Luggage.
