Plants I've ordered have died. In fact they never grew in the first place. That's not my issue as there is a guarantee. The problem with this company is communication. I've been following their recommend 'contact us' procedure and have not had a single response in 14 days. I'd advise avoiding this company until they sort out their customer support.
Tip for consumers:
They make promises about customer service they just can’t provide. You could lose your money so better to avoid this company.
They advertise easy returns but fail to say it will be very expensive as you are shipping internationally. Expect to pay 20% of the value of your item to get it back to them. No accountability for poor product description or incorrect labelling. I will never buy from them again even if it's cheaper, any returns will make it way more expensive than buying locally. Shocking customer service.
Tip for consumers:
They scam you on returns. It costs a fortune to send anything back even when it’s their fault (because you can’t get them to accept it’s their fault)
