I`m sorry, but a one star rating is too high for these people! I have had several problems with my cable, internet bundle in the last few weeks, and the ladies solution to fix my problem, after trouble shooting my cable, which didn`t even work, was to try and get me to add a phone! Lol
Products used:
i`m waiting for ATT to get fiber cable in my area . I`m trying to replace xfinity for both cable and internet as soon as I can.
My advice to anyone that has to call these people to make a transaction on your portfolio is to get your favorite beverage, and pop corn if you like, and put in a movie, because while your waiting for them, you may be able to watch it in it`s entirety!
I passed all the security tests more than once, when I went to take the money out, vanguard recommended which stocks and bonds to sell. When I went to change it and put in what I wanted
To sell, they put a phone number up and said I need to call them! I tried to call the next day and I couldn`t
