I bought a copy of DVD Copy instead of a trial version. When I tried to copy a disc, I received an error message. When I asked VideoSolo for a refund, it would only refund my money if its technical support couldn't fix the issue. Turns out it has a very complicated return policy, one that no one reads when you purchase software. Further, VideoSolo is located in Hong Kong, so they are out the coverage area of the Better Business Bureau.
