“Fraud”

It's a fraud. I registered. Pay $1 for 7-day access. I could never use a template to create a document because it didn't recognize my user or my registration. They charged me $1 and also after 7 days they charged me $39.99. It never let me in and never unsubscribe.
I hope they communicate to resolve it.
