I call customer service,a woman with oriental accent answered she mention she is in Europe, no specifics. I called to cancel my subscription, because they were charging me for viewing the replay to my text, were hundreds of dollars for 2-3 minutes. I check my bank account. The charges were $399.00, $99.00 plus the 19.99 for subscription. I had to cancel my credit card so this people couldn't get the money.

Tip for consumers:
When paying always check your bank account immediately, si you know for sure how much they charging for real.

At this point in time, we can only assume that the charges may have been because your automatic purchase settings are enabled and Due to privacy reasons, One effective way of disabling such is by going to your settings >>> Payment Settings >>> Untick the box for automatic purchase (that you have ticked upon purchase) or as you did, contact us immediately through our support lines for urgent solution.
