I created an account. Purchased a TMobile top up for prepaid cell. Amount showed up on my online credit card statement so they knew it was a good number. But Callincardplus account kept showing Pending Authorization. After several hours, I called customer service. Rep sounded Indian or Pakastani. Very rude. Said I would be called next day. Didn't happen. Submitted online request for Customer Service. No response. Then noticed they had blocked my account log on. Most online cell refill companies will load phone or send PIN within minutes. Not Callincardplus. Never do business with them.
