I ordered three items, two pairs of boots and a leather jacket. All three items had shortcomings. One boot shaft was shorter than the other, one toe shape was slightly different than the other, and the jacket size medium appears to be a large. I made three calls to initiate an exchange, each call I was told something different, but finally it came down to the following, as a Canadian customer I would be on the hook for all the shipping back and forth plus would have to pay duty twice. For the jacket alone an exchange would add an extra $150 to a $275 purchase. If I ask for a refund ditto. I suspect Shepler buys wholesale rejects or faulty stock in order to sell competitively. I learned my lesson and will spend my on line dollar from now on at Amazon. My experience with them is quick service, decent products, rapid shipping, no double duties, easy no cost returns and refunds.
