I ordered a bobblehead, paid extra $ for "expedited sculpting" (2 days) and express shipping (3 days). When the item hadn't arrived after almost 2 weeks, I contacted the company and was informed that "this is our busiest time of year." If that's the case, then don't charge me for expedited sculpting and express shipping when you can't deliver either. I have filed a Claim with PayPal, but still haven't received the item or an estimated shipping/delivery date. Everything about this company and its website is a LIE. Find another company that does the same thing; it can't be any worse than this one.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THIS SITE. THE SITE IS GREAT; HOWEVER, THE PROMISES MADE AND THE SERVICE ARE ALL B.S. THEY WILL STRING YOU ALONG FOR WEEKS, AND AS I UNDERSTAND IT FROM OTHERS, MONTHS! THEY ARE IN CHINA AND DO NOT TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS BEYOND PLATITUDES AND EMPTY PROMISES, BUT NO PRODUCT.
