So after a MONTH of waiting for my package and lack of proper communication from this company, I finally got my order. But it wasn't even CORRECT! With them trying to prove a point and continue to be ignorant, they never said anything about any items being replaced! I ordered an 8oz bottle of road opener wash and what did they give me?! A random $#*! bottle of Alcanfor that leaked in my damn package. I'm sure they'll find an excuse like they always do instead of admitting they're wrong and correcting it like a professional company. It's been nothing but BS from them.
Customer is now stating she received it, when USPS shows it was delivered on the 17th. Customer also states that it had the new address but went to the old address. We do not handle deliveries for the post office, so that would be USPS not us.
This customer did receive her package which was sent to the address that was entered at the time she placed her order. We did attempted to change the address per her request even after the label had been created but the order had been picked up by the carrier. Customer's statement that they upgraded to expedited is false, she chose "Parcel Select Ground" and delivery ranges from 2–8 days. Customer refuses to have her partner contact her "FAMILY" to refused the shipment or have them return it. Customer demanded to issue a refund and for us to ship her another package, while her finance's family keeps the other.
