I purchased a Pet Calming Bed Removeable Cover. After receiving my Pat Calming Bed I was disappointed to see the cover is not removeable. I also ordered the wrong size and wanted to exchange it. I sent them a message on their "Contact us" page several times and have NOT received a response.
I also emailed them a couple of times and they WILL NOT answer my emails
Do not deal with this company.

After purchasing products online and returning them to their store in Tasmania I had gift cards given to me, which I was happy with.
They then closed the store down and will not honour the two gift cards valued at over $100. After several months of emails and phone calls I have have not heard back from them. They promise to get back to you, but do not. What a rip-off do not shop with them.
