I order two tire from tire mart on 1/25/2023 because they claim shipping the same day I have not received and tracking information from FEDEX. I tried to call that was hopeless so I tried the live chat well that was a joke I did email and someone from tire mart and they gave me a tracking number from FEDEX but the numbers that they gave me was the tracking numbers from a order that I made to priority tires on 1/28/2023 and they were delivered 1/30/2023. I would like to get this resolved.
We do not claim same day shipping - we advertise that we ship on the same day if you purchase before 1pm Eastern; you purchased at 9pm Eastern. Your Order was processed thus on the 26th but, sadly, picked-up on the 28th instead of the 26th due to joint delays between us and FedEx. The Order was delivered on the 30th, which you yourself can verify with the FedEx Tracking Numbers we provided to you. We do acknowledge the delays with us and FedEx as well as that the tracking numbers were provided later than needed due to a software hiccup>
As such we earnestly apologize for any and issues on our part but your Order was nonetheless delivered to you in less than 5 business days!
With that said, we do apologize for the assorted issues with tracking your Order and for the communication delays, we've indeed been dealing with heavy amounts of incoming traffic!
