We had Fujitsu mini splits installed in our home (mater and daughters room). Have had nothing but problems from the install. Took a while to diagnose but in the end it was faulty equipment (leaking coils). It seems Fujitsu has had a production issues with its coils. Have had all coils replaced but at this point still leaking. Having to replace the entire 2 systems. Fujitsu could care less. DO NOT BUY FUJITSU MINI SPLITS!

My mom ordered an item, they sent the wrong item. We retuned the item and then canceled the order, they continued to send items AND billing her credit card. Everything we received we returned AND cancelled her credit card to stop them from billing her (they continued to bill her for items that she did not purchase). This company is a vampire sucking the money from unsuspecting consumers. DO NOT BUY anything from Bradford Exchange!
If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Don't use Bradford Exchange
