Started a new job purchased quite a few new pieces from this company uniform advantage was very happy until I received the wrong item customer service was willing to replace the item but told me that I would be not be charged of course not I already paid for the item I ordered two shirts I received a shirt and a pair of pants. I really like this company but how they handled the return not so cool I even asked for a coupon maybe for my next purchase since I've spent over $500 so I might just have to look for a new company a simple mistake turned into a very unhappy customer

I purchased two tops and ended up with a top and a bottom so all I wanted to do is return the bottom and he told me that he returned the top at no extra charge well I already paid for the top and yes I’m returning the pants I asked for a coupon for my next order since I spend a lot of money the past couple of months and all I got was you can have your shipping for free very disappointed
