I have used them 3 times, but each and every time there was one issue or the other.
* Ordered fruit basket but it was delivered in a newspaper wrap.
* Ordered mixed dry fruits, it was delivered in a plastic carry bag
* Ordered flowers twice, but was not delivered
* Ordered birthday cake, although it was delivered but late in the evening when the party was over.
* The recent order, was a birthday cake and flowers, nothing was delivered.
I was very disappointed, and all I got was automated apology email.
All 3 occasions were ruined because of delivery issues. I would suggest try to avoid them if you don't want to be disappointed

After receiving complain of your first order, we refunded the items which were missing and replaced items as per confirmation received from you.
As per our investigation the dry fruits that were packed in plastic bags packed inside gift boxes and no complain received about the delivery.
For items that were not delivered in your 3rd and 4th order, full refund has been provided.
