I purchased a dress for my sons wedding. Ordered it based on measurements from a seamstress and their size chart. My numbers were a combination of 2 sizes and I ordered the larger size just to be safe. Upon arrival the dress wouldn't zip up. Ultimately I lost 25 pounds before the wedding and the dress still didn't zip. Ironically I dropped 2 sizes in my regular clothes. After months of emails they agreed to refund my money upon receipt of the dress. I was given the address and advised best way to send the dress back that was trackable but wouldn't cost me extra taxes. I returned the dress based on that info in October. Today (5 months later) I spoke with the post office because they claim the dress still hadn't been received. To my horror I was told they get many complaints a day with same story. If your packaged isn't registered, once it's on the plane leaving the states it's no longer trackable. $125 for the original dress, $30 postage to return it and $100 for a new dress for the wedding later I find myself horribly disgusted with this company. They are almost impossible to reach in person, email communication leaves much to be desired and they are impossible to work with. Take your money and purchase your dress elsewhere.
