In October 2022, I purchased a pair of Gore tights in size XL. I live in Canada. They shipped a European XL, which is a North American Large. Says so RIGHT ON THE LABEL. So, too small for me. After contacting Deporvillage, they tell me that this is totally my fault, and the only option is to return them to Spain. So I'm out the shipping ($25) and the Canadian Import duties ($22), and I have to pay to post them back at my expense. I do so, and then...nothing. After several months I contact "customer service" asking about my refund, only to be told they never arrived. I figure the tights are lost. What arrives in middle March? The tights came back marked "Refused" and "return to sender". I send a photo of the package to "customer service" and they say they refuse packages that have "expenses" assigned to them, yet I used their own "Returning materials" label. What a load of bull. My Advice? Do not buy anything from this organization. It is a huge risk. Sure the price might be attractive, but the chance of a negative experience is very high.
