I cancelled rent almost 1 month before starting of rent, they charged my credit card and sent compensation voucher (On site written - "full refund in case of cancellation".
I do not want this compensation voucher and want refund.
Phone support does not discuss this issue (say: "Only by mail").
But they do not reply to mails.
