In my experience InkStation should have ZERO stars.
You call them with a problem: Marrickville in Sydney, they don't pick up or you on hold 40-45 minutes. NOT joking.
I have left numerous messages: they never call back.
If I write and email: the answer is unsatisfactory.
I have purchased a new Epson: it would not connect to iPhone.
I have returned the printer in new condition: it has taken one month to get a "return authorisation" not from InkStation, but from Epson. InkStation sells printers, inks and makes profit. Any problems and they pass the buck to Epson.
Epson was reasonable and precise, but the trouble started again with InkStation to return the printer and a bigger problem to get a refund.
I have deleted InkStation details from my phone and computer.
My advice to InkStation: try to educate staff to be proficient - have an efficient office system - your business does not have an autopilot – if customers have some problems, try to appear concerned - bad reviews can ruin businesses.
