NEVER received a reply.
They ignore you.
It IS a SCAM, not a BBB member but MULTIPLE complaints on there too.

Tip for consumers:
Places like this exist to rip off those who can afford it least SENIORs with limited income and the disabled.
If they rip you off report to the FTC and FBI online. They are supposedly based in Texas so maybe report to the AG there.
