XBM Ltd, Rubbish & Fraudulent Acting Company Avoid
If you're looking for a scam artist to provide your office/ business printer needs... you came to the right place!
Aside from the terrible customer service and extortionate call out charges... the contract has to be one of the worst things about this company...
Unless you practice law, you probably won't read/ understand most of the T&C's - this will leave you in a position to be ROLLED OVER FOR ANOTHER YEAR after your contract ends.
Not only are the company completely unreasonable when it comes to this term (which we discovered under 2 weeks into our newly rolled contract) - they charge almost double the contract to pick the machine up.
It's also worth noting that if you DO NEED urgent customer service, the process is as follows;
- Ring XBM and speak to advisor
- Advisor advises you an advisor will call you back to advise
- Advisor calls back the next day to advise you that an advisor was not available to advise you that your advisor was ringing the next day to advise... please hold.
I could go on and on about my unpleasant experience with this company, but it actually depresses me that XBM have affected my thoughts to the point of leaving this scathing review.

Machine provided - 5/10 - had a lot of problems over the year.
Directors Contact/ service - 0/10
Overall experience - 1/10
Also seems the manager based in the Birmingham branch as been arrested. For fraudulent activity with contracts, no doubt the directors was fully aware, avoid before you get scammed like we did.
