I have been with country door for quite some time now. I have a large credit with them. I recently placed an order on line & the order was not honored & a letter was supposed to have been sent. I have way over the amount of country door credit! I want to know why was my order not approved & why was I told that on line orders does not get approved? That's not true because this is how I usually place my orders. I then cancelled the order & reoderd the item elsewhere! Why issue credit if you are not going to honor it? I will be closing this Account.
