Warning this company is a fraud I never received my vacuum and the customer service is bad. I ordered a $600 dollar vacuum.
They claimed to have sent a 2nd shipment, I never received it. AND I also never received an email with tracking number or ANYTHING, notifying me of this new vacuum coming in.
How can I be on the lookout for a package when these people don't update me?
After this, I contacted UPS to set up a claim, and get this figured out and they claim that Evacuum store provided them a different address than the one I gave Evacuumstore. I made Evacuumstore aware of this situation, and they still refused to help me.
The chat representatives were Sean and Mike. I spoke with Sean about my order twice & the last time, he had the audacity to end the chat on me- not professional at all.
All in all, the sales manager refused to give me a refund and categorize my order as a fraud (only because my IP addresses showed that I was in Texas and Mexico, which is totally normal for a person going on vacation).
They make no sense my vacuum never got home and I'm so mad at how they never answer honestly about my order!
