I recently purchased a LV bag from the store. I advised them in advance that the address was incorrect and tried to provide them with the correct address. I received a response saying that there was nothing they could do and 5 days letter they delivered by bag to a apartment building that I no longer live at but they knew this. They could have prevented this, had they listened to me. I have contacted the BBB regarding this tragedy as far as I am concerned. The bag was a gift for my daughter. I tried reasoning with the company by trying to speak with other leaders, headquarters and or even someone from Corporate to no avail. I asked them to not deliver the package but I was told it already shipped but it had not been delivered until several days later. They could have stopped the delivery. I have purchased items from them before and I have spent lots of money with the company but this was the last straw. I plan to make this problem world known. This should not happen to any other person. I was forced to select a rating and the lowest I could go was 1 star but in reality, this agency gets a big zero. I am trying to submit proof of payment but I have adobe and this thing only accepts png.
