In the last month, I ordered 2 Gucci bags, one Dior bag and a Hermès scarf. All were in exceptional condition. LXRandCo is the best company I've ever dealt with. Now the ONLY company I will deal with. Their staff is competent, helpful and overall charming. Even with international orders (USA to Canada), they are quick, and their team will answer all your questions. Many thanks from a supremely satisfied customer. You are wonderful.

I purchased two Chanel bags within months of each other and one of the bags the handle completely came off. I've called several times the customer service and left numerous messages and no one calls me back. In addition, I sent and email and no one replied. Had I known this company was so unprofessional and definitely not a reliable company I would have never purchased the bags. I'm even wondering if the bags are authentic. I do not suggest buying from them.

We are surprised by your review concerning the lack of response you mentioned. Both our Head Store and Customer Service took care to ensure timely replies to your requests through email and text. To clarify, your bag was purchased a year ago, and the situation you described only arose recently. You requested that we cover the repair costs, but our company cannot be held responsible for damages to a bag purchased a year ago – as is the case here. We provided you with recommendations for repair services as well. And yes, all our bags are authentic but pre-owned, and your bag is also pre-owned, which makes it more fragile compared to new ones.

When LXR first started, they made an effort towards having good customer service; today? It's non-existent.

If you visit the Vancouver store at the Hudson's Bay downtown, don't expect anything; you're better off passing the area and going directly to Holt Renfrew or the Hotel Vancouver and buying direct from LV.

What a pitiful experience. They lost 3 customers today and word-of-mouth remains the best form of a referral or deferral.

I recently purchased a LV bag from the store. I advised them in advance that the address was incorrect and tried to provide them with the correct address. I received a response saying that there was nothing they could do and 5 days letter they delivered by bag to a apartment building that I no longer live at but they knew this. They could have prevented this, had they listened to me. I have contacted the BBB regarding this tragedy as far as I am concerned. The bag was a gift for my daughter. I tried reasoning with the company by trying to speak with other leaders, headquarters and or even someone from Corporate to no avail. I asked them to not deliver the package but I was told it already shipped but it had not been delivered until several days later. They could have stopped the delivery. I have purchased items from them before and I have spent lots of money with the company but this was the last straw. I plan to make this problem world known. This should not happen to any other person. I was forced to select a rating and the lowest I could go was 1 star but in reality, this agency gets a big zero. I am trying to submit proof of payment but I have adobe and this thing only accepts png.

I would like to receive the package I paid for in full, over 800.00.
I would like an apology for the worst service in my life.

I purchased 2 bags from them. The first bag came very quickly and was great. The second order was cancelled due to it having an odor/not up to standards. I tried to purchase another one and that order was cancelled because the website wasn't updated and it was actually sold. This was after a week of ordering I was informed. The third bag I tried to order was delayed by several weeks. There is no working phone number which is brutal but staff did respond to emails fairly quickly. After my experience I would not recommend or order from them again.

Against my better judgement after reading multiple absolutely horrible reviews online about this company I still decided to purchase a bag during their women's day 25% off sale. After purchasing the bag I was sent an email the next day saying there was a mistake and it was already sold, yet when I go on the website the bag is still there, for the full price before discount. It is obvious my purchase was cancelled because they didn't want to sell it at the sale price. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of even if you call or email during business hours 10-5pm EST. Dont let any good reviews fool you, I would not recommend dealing with this company in any way or purchasing from them. Have learned my lesson and mistake and should have believed the bad reviews that are all over online.

I have purchased several LV bags from LXR. The condition of the bags is often better than described. The service and shipping is excellent. I live in Canada and purchased my last bag 4 days before Christmas, it arrived on Christmas Eve! I have also purchased in store and the service is equally as good!

I sent several emails & I have called, as of today May 6th., I still have not heard from them, the purse is still in the box and package like I received it. First of all, I am very excited that I came across this site, just by accident, and when I went into the site,
OMG I could not believe the variety of items and bags and accessories at affordable price, and you have the option to pay in full or in payments, I was so happy when I received my bags, it says it's pre-owned, when i looked at them they seemed to be brand new, you cannot get a better deal somewhere else. I am a very happy customer and i recommended my friends, I will purchase in the future. Thanks again

I happened upon LXR by accident. I took a gamble and purchased a LV bag from them- close to 3 years ago. The bag is still in my possession as are a few other bags and accessories. The quality of the products are exactly as detailed on their website. I haven't been disappointed yet- only when the item I want is out of stock. Will definitely continue to patronize this company and I've also recommended it to friends

I received my LV nevderful tote and was so disappointed in the condition. The side strap broke as soon as I touched it. Luckily they are going to give me a full refund. The savings is not worth it when you look at the conditions of these bags. I'm just going to buy new and lesson learned.

Just bought a Prada bag on Thursday and got it on Monday. It was fast delivery and the bag is such in good shape. Better than I expected. It's a real one. I just wish I had a dust bag coming with it. I definitely recommend to buy from LXRandCo.

I bought a Louis Bag, the NeoNoe to be exact. I wanted to buy something before the price jump. Lucky enough they had the exact bag I had been wanting. Pictures were excellent. I got the item no longer than a week later and it looked just like the photos. I am excited to be purchasing more as I love the sustainability aspect of it.

I bought 4 Louis Vuitton bags from this company, it is a bad mistake. The shipment is very slow and not all of them are shipped together even though the order was placed at the same time. One of the bag I received still smell of cigarette smoke and I have to spray Febreeze to get rid of the smell. I also bought LV bags from another company in Ontario, their service as well as the bags are in top notch. As mentioned I made a big mistake to buy from LXR and never again

Purchased an LV pochette, the strap was ripped and the canvas was dirty. It was an ok price otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed. Even after this I would still consider purchasing again, however I was turned off by the follow up I received after I replied to the feedback survey after my purchase. I didn't say 10/10 yes I would recommend this company to someone because, no, there are better options available in terms of item condition, disclosure and price. I mentioned in the details only viewed by the company that the canvas was wiped with a baby wipe and was brown. The lady who replied was pretty condescending as if this was my first handbag purchase and I didn't know how to care for items. Brushed off the reasoning for selling poorly maintained and conditioned prior to sale bags as "we don't want to ruin the authenticity" lol. I sent a friendly reply and was ghosted. So thanks for the unhelpful "let's reach out and see what we can do better" email, it just reinforced my trust in other companies such as Retyche, who consistently provide amazing items and quality customer service. Be wary of this company's quality rating, not accurate. "Very good" means ripped and poor condition.

Order online and recieved in 2 days. Email and refer to a local store manager who told me he could even arrange for in store pickup. So far so good! Pretty happy.

I received a fake Gucci handbag- once I informed them that it was fake they were very unhelpful but I insisted on returning it. They then charged me a 15% fee because they said it had a scuff that wasn't there before, which was of course not true. Avoid them!

Not impressed with this company at all. After receiving a Gucci tote that did not match the measurements stated in the description I sent an email to customer support. No response and since the bag was bought as a gift with a short time line I felt that... well that was that. Have now heard from customer support and apparently my email went in their spam folder and it was up to me to keep trying to reach them. No onus on their part. But I was wished to have a nice day by Mariama. This was the second purchase by our family and there will be no further purchases from this Company.

All of their items are EXTREMELY overpriced for such tattered used quality. I have friends that work there and they tell me that they just lie to customers about where the bags are coming from (they don't really know themselves) and the employees are allowed to use and bring the inventory home until it sells. Very sketchy company. I've seen how they just shove them in drawers and bang them around then sell them to customers for top dollar. Sad part is you can find most of their items on consignment websites like The RealReal, Poshmark, Farfetch, Rebag & Fashionphile for much less and way better quality and condition. Don't even waste a penny with LXRCO

For the pricing of (bad condition) vintage “luxury” you’re so better off looking elsewhere. There are never brag worthy pieces and if there are a couple they hike up the price to where no one ends up even purchasing it and the employees just use them until they damage further and get marked down. Very sad

I purchased a bag for the first time here and had a great experience. The item looked just like the photos and I love it. Lxrandco provides a dust bag if your handbag doesn't come with one which is a nice touch. It came within 5 business days without issue. Will purchase from them again.
