“Unprofessional company”

Baytec is a nightmare to do business with. They sent me used items. When I emailed them with pics Max in sales accused myself or fedex with tampering. Max also never mentioned a refund process nor did he apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I should have read reviews before shopping at baytec. Never again.

Products had some sort of bacteria on them. Had to be disposed of.
