I initially gave them a single star review and am now editing it because they are refunding me my cost for a single item that came and did not work. To get to this point I literally told them they can deal with my credit card and the Secretary of State of MA (Bill Galvin) for their methods of not giving refunds with faulty products or replacing them. I will edit again when I get the refund
Products used:
Electronics head phones I told them they could deal with my credit card and Bill Galvin ( Secretary of State of MA) who would not tolerate their no refund no returns policy. When the money is refunded to my account I will amend this again
