I recently ordered a watch band online and realized that i ordered a black steel when i wanted a stainless steel. I called and spoke to a very kind and understanding gentleman named James who assisted me in correcting my mistake and directing me to the proper band and assured me my purchase would be shipped the same day.If all customer service people were as kind and patient as James was, the world would be a kinder place, he is certainly an asset to the company!
