I placed an order with Dogs.com for a dog crate that was listed as "In Stock" and usually ships within 24 hours. It was ordered on a Thursday at 2:00PM, and as of 4:20PM the next Wednesday it still has not shipped. Turns out that "In Stock" does not mean they have it, but the manufacturer does. Dogs.com then passed everything off to them, including processing your payment, which still has not come out of my account. At this point, I am not sure I will be receiving anything.
