This is not the first time I've purchased batteries from the Outlet store and usually I have had not problems.
This time, I've purchased two sets of phone batteries and I'm still waiting over four days for the first set to charge. It has become my habit to avoid the kitchen as much as possible so I don't hear the "beep beep-beep" sound. Honestly, I don't know where to turn. A new phone of a different brand? Panasonic's customer service--I'm talking to you, "Melvin"--is atrocious.
