I am a hostgator reseller and I have been one for over 15 years. I DREAD having to contact support when I have a problem. First Level knows NOTHING ABOUT ANYTING. Completely untrained and unable to read English, they ask me the same questions over and over then tell me they need to escalate it to Tier 2 which is 24 to 48 hours... which is a lie, its more like 5 -14 days. Im out - this last one today was the last straw and IM moving my reselleer sites somewhere else. Its like I am chatting with 12 year olds who have no computer experience

This company is a scam that pretend to sell high dollar items on its site but do not actually have these items in stock. I contacted Distortions Unlimited who said 100% they are NOT a vendor nor do they have access to ANY of the items from their catalog, yet they have most of their products listed with really low prices. This company is NOT to be trusted.
