If I could rate zero stars I would. I ordered the Vivian wig March 15. They didn't contact be back for over a week, when they guarantee 48 hr shipping… Getting a bad feeling I ask for them to send a photo before shipping, the lace is atrocious… NOTHING like their advertisements. They then "issue a refund" and declare I must contact a third party I've never heard from, with no information to track my refund of almost 1000 dollars. These are horrible people with no morals.
